Programs and Services Available at the Oxbow Center:

Oxbow Center Adult Day Health Care Managed by Mountain Empire Older Citizens (MEOC) Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) offers each participant the opportunity to engage in simple social and recreational activities in a safe and caring environment. ADHC allows families to stay together by assisting them in caring for their loved ones. Nutritious meals and snacks are included in the cost of attending ADHC.  Cost is based on the participant’s ability to pay, as a sliding scale is used.  Medicaid and Veteran’s reimbursement are available. It enables many people to continue to live in the community and to avoid an unnecessary move into a facility setting. Additionally, Oxbow offers respite services one Saturday each month.
